Performance and durability is 5 stars. We did have a problem with the pump but the company gave us a credit to get a new one. Only gave 4 starts because the bag is ripping already.

This has made our summer so much more enjoyable because our grandbabies are learning to swim this summer. We hooked it up to the back of our boat and they’re learning to jump off of it and be so brave in the lake. Love it and would purchase again. Oh, and it’s very durable and has held four adults and two kids under 5 easily and stays above the water level perfectly.

The very first time I put it in the water it was leaking. Had to keep airing it up but it must have a sizable leak because it’s not even fun to use due to deflating rapidly and it’s past the 30 day mark so I’m stuck with a 300# anchor.

This dock is the perfect size for what we wanted, sort of like a floating table or bar, narrow enough for people to stand and visit across from each other, wide enough for people to gather and float on, even with the inflatable chairs we just got in a different brand. Though the box it came in was almost completely destroyed, the item was well packed inside. I already have an inflator/compressor with a pressure gauge which I used to inflate the dock to just over 10lbs. It took a hot minute to get there but once it did I could see what a great choice this was. Down the center where it was folded, there were some "imperfections" in the finish, which I immediately photographed and provided to the seller, asking if this would affect the integrity of the material. They assured me it would not, and also reassured me that if any damage did occur as a result of these imperfections, it would be fully warrantied. This was good news as I really didn't want to try to figure out how to return it due to the badly damaged box it came in. This, the damaged box, and the fact that I haven't actually used this thing yet on the water are the reasons I give 4 stars instead of 5. Another great thing about this is the carry bag - if you fold per the manufacturers instructions, which is super easy, it fits in the bag with room to spare. The dock is heavy, so I use the term "carry bag" loosely - for me it's more of a storage bag to protect it and keep it clean. Lastly this did come with an electric/AC inflator/compressor, which I won't use as it doesn't have a pressure gauge, and it's electric which I can't use on my boat since I don't have an inverter.

I received this dock. The box was destroyed. in shipping, but the dock was fine. I was surprised that it contains a foot pump and electric pump. The electric pump worked great it was inflated within 10 minutes at the most. It is very stable and a nice addition to our dock. The repair kit was destroyed in shipping, so the company gave me a credit. Great company. I would definitely buy again.

Used it now for 4 trips out in the sandbar I can tell you it’s much easier then the carpet yes you have to inflate and de-inflate but it save you a lot more time and storage instead of having to hang that carpet somewhere. This also holds 20 times better especially people then the carpet that likes to sink. The only con I see is if it’s a hot day out there it the surface tends to get hot but simple solution is throw some ocean water and it cools down immediately! Other than that great sturdy product

It is fast to fill. CON: the pump they include has a 110 electrical plug. You are unable to fill the dock if you are on the water without having an additional adaptor. We ended up purchasing a pump that is marine compatible.#2. Please be aware the surface will be hot if water is not splashed on the surface while using.#3. If you want to secure the doc to the boat or between boats purchase 2 additional ropes with clips on both ends maybe 6 feet.It is a fun addition to any water day.
