My biggest concern was that my dog’s dagger like nails would pop it. No problem there at all. But after the second use the mesh started to rip out. Once it started it kept on going until you see the end result in my pictures. If we had the option to keep we would have replaced the ramp with sunbrella, but they want it back. I’ll be looking for a replacement somewhere else.

I did some research on dog ramps for dogs. I thought this would be good for my Chessie and small Lab. We rented a Pontoon Boat for a few hours and within minutes of my dogs using the ramp it was starting to fray and eventually it ripped one side off (see phot). It was rendered useless and in fact one of my dogs got caught in the bottom strap and I had to jump in the lake to help him on the boat. We had to return the boat early as my dogs were not able to go in the lake and get on the boat safely. Both of my dogs are K9 Athletes and compete Nationally. They are strong swimmers; however, they need help getting onboard. We were very disappointed in this product, and I promptly returned it. I would not recommend this product. Don't waste your money.

I have two large golden retrievers that I used to have to pick up out of the water. Within 10 minutes, they learned how to use this to get on the boat themselves

I bought this for my 70-pound German Shepherd who loves to swim. The platform itself is everything I ever wanted. It's just like an inflatable paddle board and it's super easy to inflate and deflate.For the mesh walk up, I, as many others did, learned that it is not as ideal as the rest of the product. When I reached out to customer service about it, they mentioned that for dogs over 60 pounds, the mesh ramp is not as durable for them (which I think should be noted in the product description. The 180 pound limit is for the inflatable piece only). However, customer service also offered to either refund me or replace the item, and for the latter, they offered some suggestions for reinforcing the mesh ramp since I am a sewist.Overall, I'm incredibly happy with this product and even more blown away by the customer service.

Bought it to use in our pool. We didn't like our dogs going up the stairs and thinking they might slip and hurt their legs. They also would never go down the stairs so we had to pick them up and put them in the pool. They are doing the same thing with this. It's made great and for a dog that isn't scared to walk down into or jump into the pool, it's great. But since they won't get in the pool on their own it's not something that makes sense for is to keep. Very disappointed because it's made really nice and the reviews are great. I just have two scared dogs!

This inflatable dog ramp sets up in minutes. It comes with a pump, but prefer an electric one for speed. The float is good as well as the floating part seems durable enough. The mesh stairs seem not of the best quality though, and not sure how long they will last.
