I have to give a thumbs up to this home sauna blanket! The weather has been cold and damp these days, so I use it to keep away the cold. Lying on it feels like being in the warm spring sunshine. Its temperature regulation is very precise and can be adjusted at will as needed. During use, sweating is particularly refreshing, but it does not feel stuffy and uncomfortable. The sauna blanket is also very airtight, and the heat is gathered inside the blanket, which greatly improves the use effect.

The infrared blanket is very high quality and heats up quickly. Easy to use. It can be used alone, as you can completely zip up the side yourself, thanks to the hand holes. Love it!! I had a knee surgery and am not able to drive, so I bought this to be able to continue to be in a sauna. I put a podcast on, sometimes nap, and have sweat drops when I lift it at the end. My body feels great at the end. Highly recommend!

I bought this one because the other one I had broke down but heads up this is 100x better. The rcontrol shows the real temperature and you can set a timer for your own safety. It can get really hot ( I love that) and I recommend placing a towel on the bottom. It’s super easy to use. No assemble needed. Amazing quality! I love that I can use my phone while on the blanket because of the arm holes. Very good price for all the quality it offers.
