My old septic buzzer was low and stopped working. And I assumed that it was the original that came with the house. The new one is loud enough for me to hear and to know that the septic is getting high. I can clearly hear it 100 ft away. So I think it;s good enough for me.

I used this to replace the septic alarm buzzer. I would have given 5 stars because it was a quick and easy replacement. However, it is not nearly as loud as my original alarm.

Bought another brand for my septic alarm and it was not loud enough. This was much louder which is what I wanted

The description says moderately loud. To me it's quite loud when the voltage is correct.

The alarm on my septic went out and I couldn't find a replacement of the same style so I gave this one a chance. With a little custom wiring and care, it works great.

This alarm has as many uses as your imagination can think of. When the electricity is off and we are using the generator I use this alarm to notify me when the power comes back on. Loud enough to be heard throughout the house when the alarm is at the breaker box without hurting my ears.
