They hold the rubber bushings that go around the bar. This is the same collar that is used on all sway bars but the bushing changes depending on the size for the bar. These are exact to NOS. This is a factory exact inline tube reproduction phosphate plated. If you are building a concourse car this is a great detail item that is usually overlooked. They are always bent or have been jacked from.
