Like: spring appeared to be correct size and tensionDislike: paint flakes off on installWe put this spring on while our engine was on the test stand. We had easy access to the carb so we were able to carefully install the spring without over stretching it or twisting it at any odd or strange angles.About 20% of the blue paint flaked off as we placed the spring into the proper location. We lost roughly 10% more paint when we took it off.If I didn’t buy this spring just for its’ OE color, I would have just used the spring I had and painted it. That’s what I’ll have to do anyways.
