This has helped to keep mosquitoes off of where it is directly on skin. It works for me for use in warmer weather due to its thin fabric.

I thought I would need insect repellent for Alaska inside passage trip in May. Nope. Liked the style, size, print, color; but didn't need it and not thrilled with the chemical used.

I can enjoy coffee in the garden now that the mosquitoes have arrived in droves, thanks to 8nsect Shield. It’s a beautiful piece of fabric, big enough to wrap up in.

Soft, lightweight and loved the color, I was in Jordan, long enought to cover hair, head and neck protect from sun and sand. You can cover your skin when enter the church. At least I didn't get mosquito bite, nor flies come near my face. So as insects repellent, I think it worked.

This worked well on a trip to Morocco on cold desert afternoons and evenings. I actually didn't see or hear any mosquitos the whole trip but I like to think this pretty scarf helped.
