I purchased one Amazon claimed damaged box for a pretty good discount so I wasn't expecting perfect. Miraculously it showed up with all the hardware except a single flat washer because who ever assembled it at the factory wasn't given any tools. The first picture is how I took it out of the box.I switched the rollers around so the crank wheel is on the top roller otherwise as other reviews stated the crank almost rubs on the surface it's sitting on making it hard to turn without hitting your fingers.Seems to work for what I am doing but will probably make some upgrades in the near future. The fit and finish of parts leaves room for lots of improvements.

It says it supports come with the sheets but it’s no sheets in the box nowhere but product seems to be great but just didn’t come with the laminated sheets

This laminator, when properly adjusted, does a decent job (I use it for mounting photographs on Sintra.) However, the low price comes with some compromises.The pressure adjustment is loose and can be difficult to adjust properly. The lock nuts which are supposed to maintain adjustment are plastic and have to be re-adjusted every so often. Unlike most commercial laminators, which have springs in the tension mechanism to maintain even pressure, this one simply adjusts the minimum and maximum upward travel of the top roller, with about 1/8" of freeplay. It works, but it's not as stable or repeatable.The screw holding the flywheel (which the handle is attached to) has a tendency to loosen; some Loc-Tite is necessary to keep it in place. Also, the leverage afforded by the small-diameter wheel makes it a little difficult to use with higher pressures.The biggest thing going for the unit is the price, and even with the issues it represents a very good value — as long as you understand its limitations.

Product is well packaged in a double thick cardboard box with four heavy duty plastic straps holding it all together. The roller was also packed in formed Styrofoam inside the shipping box to protect the roller during shipping. Upon arrival there is some assembly required. There are four corner brackets that attach to the roller end supports that hold the table wings level. Each bracket has two screws to hold in place and the bracket needs to be adjusted such that the table wings are level. Also the hand wheel attaches with a single screw - all relatively simple. The issue that I found with the roller is ALL screws were loose and some of the screws had fallen out of the product. The eight screws that attach and hold the two ends of the roller together require a 3mm hex Allen wrench to tighten. The roller was either assembled poorly or had a very rough ride to vibrate the screws loose. Roller works well for cold laminating - very pleased.

Exactly as advertised, good quality. I've seen some people complain about rollers having an odor on similar products, this one does not have any odor problems.
