Came loose out of box but to be expected as it’s refurbished . was safely and securely packaged And after I inspected the cores it’s was not damaged at all. I’ve already installed it in my computera so I can’t show a picture and I’ve had no problems with it so overall no complaints

I was expecting the item to arrive as if it were a "NEW" purchase. Item arrived in a clear clam-shell type packing with no associated paperwork other than a shipping invoice. Although I am experienced in computer repair, a written set of instructions (At least a Quik-Start Guide) and a notification of warranty limits should have accompanied. Without these documents, once the purchase is over its 30-day return limit, would leave no room to replace a faulty unit. I returned the item within 48 hours because of this issue as the item was listed as "Refurbished-Like New". I wasn't going to take the chance of getting shafted, because I have had this happen in the past.
