Piece of junk don't use truck that much. Maybe 3 times a month it is a spare. I installed new latch and maybe opened door 8 times at most. 1 day opened heard a snap the latch broke. The piece that holds the end of the cable snapped off.

The door handle groove was not shaped correctly to fit onto the hardware. Luckily, i was able to use my old door handle with the new hardware.

My mechanism for my door handle broke, I saw this and ordered it. The actual mechanism works as it should but when I go to slide handle on it refuses to snap into place. I ended up using the old handle and some high grade glue. Be mindful of the construction and don't spend 45 mins trying to put the handle on the actual mechanism.

The frame required trimming to fit flat against the door panel properly. Not a big deal but annoying. Worse, was that I couldn't get the provided handle to fit on the lever arm. It would go on most of the way but not enough for the pin to lock on. Fortunately, I removed the stock handle without destroying the pin, and it fit well enough. There's a bit of play between the handle and the lever but it works. Had I not had the stock handle, I'd be out of luck. We'll see how everything holds up.
