Better to sit on the back seat to install. Clean the console lid first.
Step2
Better hook the back of the lid first (not too much) and pull towards the front and hook it.

I got it for my 2023 outback to protect my armrest from the dog claws. You have to work to get it on correctly but when you do its awesom. You have to look closely to notice it is a cover. I take my dogs with me a lot and my friends dogs ride with me sometimes. It hasn't been on long but no dog claw marks. Ive beennimpressed so far. Seriously considering getting another one to have incase somthing happens to this one.

Long enough, but too wide. It's snug front to back, but just hangs all baggy on the left and right. Not a good fit on the 2025 Outback Touring XT.

Takes some work to get it on but looks really good once on.The material seems to be good quality and is very soft. It does add some bulk along the bottom so you have to push the cover down for it to latch. This is understandable as it t needs to fit under the lid to stay in place.

Just took delivery on a Subaru outback and discovered that the console cover is leather. with it's proximity to my cup holder and a 100 lb. dog that frequently likes to travel with me, I knew I needed more protection.This holder popped on perfectly. It's a neoprene like fabric and required a bit of pulling (It was easier to loop it over the front and pull it on sitting in the back seat, and it fits perfectly. Looks great with the car's interior too!

It is VERY snug, and as someone else recommended, I had more luck opening arm rest and pulling it down from the back seat. I think I had to turn it around.Looms like it was made there

This fits my 2022 Outback limited very good. There is a slight misfit,. On the passenger side, it does not go quite all the way on properly. This misfit creates a slight bulge, almost unnoticeable to everyone but me.The color and stitching blend in very well with the color of the OEM fabric and stitching. I have the ivory interior, I got the gray cover and it’s a perfect match of the color of the trim on my car, the stitching matches as well.
