Works great but very expensive. Not easily replaced (I tried).

This work as intended when you follow the directions and install the required size wall blocking. Also, make sure you do the final tightening of the bolts after the mud bed has fully cured.

used this system with the extendable seat also available from Amazon. the seat in the pix is almost 50" long and very solid. The granite encasing was very heavy in addition to the mortar mix that filled the seat so I used more bolts than the mfr had recommended I think we used 5 lags in total. The bench is extremely solid. I highly recommend the bolts and seat.
