This archery target arrived intact and in new condition inside of a branded package. It's ready to go right out-of-the-box. It works as expected and I've had no issues with it as of yet. Overall, I recommend.

My previous two targets lasted well over a year with regular archery practice and are still in good, usable condition. That kind of durability speaks volumes about the quality of this target.The design makes pulling arrows and bolts incredibly easy, which is a huge plus. You don’t have to wrestle with the target to retrieve them, saving both time and effort during practice sessions. It handles the impact of crossbow bolts and arrows remarkably well, maintaining its shape and structure even after consistent use.This target has proven to be time-tested and reliable. If you’re looking for a solid, durable crossbow, target that will last a good long while, this is it! The target is more than capable of handling crossbow shots north of 400 ft./s, and it does a great job of ensuring the bolts don’t sink too far into the target. As a result, you get plenty of good use out of the target without having to worry about fletching damage or ripping a hole in the target face. It does a great job of stopping the bolts and staying intact.As others have pointed out, this target would definitely take on some damage with broad heads… but that’s because it isn’t designed for broad heads. If you are using it for its intended purpose you will have a great experience.The target is much heavier than I anticipated it would be, which is the only thing that holds it back from being a five star product. Other than that one issue, this thing is great, though!

This is a heavy solid Target. We're using this for compound bows not crossbows. With my 50 lb draw weight, the arrows barely go in so they're extremely easy to pull out. I did have a couple of arrows just bounce off the target. There seems to be a spot in there that is extra hard for some reason. With my husband's 70 lb bow The arrows definitely go in farther and we did have one field tip get stuck. We couldn't get the arrow out without unscrewing it from the field tip. His arrows were still fairly easy to pull. I haven't experienced any of the goo or anything that people are talking about coming out on the arrows.

Target is very heavy. I was using a 125# pull crossbow. Bolts go about halfway in target. Easy to pull out the bolt. Material does leave a hole, but threads appear mostly intact, just curved around where the bolt went in. So far seems durable.

I shot several arrows from my compound bow, as well as several bolts from my crossbow into this, both using only field tips. The good: It stops both compound bow arrows and crossbow bolts very well. The arrows from my bow only go in a short distance(about an inch to inch and a half) and pull out with ease. I shoot a 60ish bound bow. My crossbow is rated at 375fps and 185lbs. The bolts only go in about 3-4 inches and again, pull out like butter.The bad: The target material does not seem like it would be good for using broadheads or practice broadheads. I did not try them, but I don't think it's a good idea. Looks like it would tear up the target quickly and/or likely get stuck. It's REALLY heavy. The handle is small and is stapled in place, so I don't think the handle will last very long and once it's gone, this is going to be a pain to lug around. I don't think it would hold up well to any weather either, it looks like it will absorb moisture quickly, so it needs to go inside every time after shooting and with it being so heavy, that's a bit of a pain too.If you have easy access to take this in and out of storage, or will be using it inside, this is a really good option. For me, I will use this until it's shot up, but next go around, I'll be looking at a different style.
