These aren't great, unfortunately. They are not waterproof (the faux "leather" finger section absorbs water which leeches inside the glove). While they are certainly tough and initially warm, they are very stiff, and the inner lining isn't attached to the fingertips, so if you pull your hands out of them, especially if they're sweaty, the lining comes out of the finger holes, making it very difficult to put them back on.I had an earlier model of these gloves that were great--they didn't have this lining problem. Unfortunately I can't recommend these gloves. They are also very expensive.

Terrible glove, as the liner tore out making the glove worthless. I'll not recommend these to anyone as they fell apart the first time I used them.

Didnt cut the wind out like i expected, but better than my last pair. if wind is an issue, look elsewhere. good for about an hour in high winds.

I bought these to use for cold water/winter kayaking.PROS:- Fit is excellent. My hands can fully articulate with these on.- My hands do stay dry even when submerged.- I have great grip on the paddle with these.- My hands stay very warm as long as the outside of the gloves stays dry.CONS:- I found two stitching defects on mine.- Once the outside of the gloves become very wet/saturated, my hands become cold regardless of them being dry.- The inner liner can be problematic when putting these on. It's loose/independent of the glove and can "wad up" inside.I think these could be vastly improved if they glued the inner liner in place and also used some sort of coating on the outside to help prevent the outer layer of the glove from becoming saturated with any kind of liquid.EDIT: After using these in 25*F weather, I've discovered they are not doing their job well enough. I kept them dry aside from small amounts of water running down the paddle that got onto them and froze. But my finger tips were very cold after 2 hours. Another buyer suggested that the rubber could be robbing hand heat from the gloves. I'm not sure if this is why it happens or not, but it does happen one way or another. Between this and the stitching defects, I've decided to return these. And I've reducing my review from 3 stars to 2.
