It’s a good item but expect better quality. It lost the edge very quickly. I’m using a Milwaukee steel cutting machine M18 and it melts the edge of the disc. It would be consider for a mild usage not heavy duty

Used it on some 16 gauge galvanized sheet metal and the first few cuts were nice like any other metal cutting blade out there. Then that’s when it got fun and tiring. Before it quit cutting completely it wanted to ride out of the cut.For the money it was ok but having to change it out quicker than a higher dollar blade makes it not worth saving the little money on a job site. Glad I bought the evolution 8” metal cutting blade just as back up at the same time because it came in clutch for me!I would suggest evolution over this blade and the Milwaukee brand. If you are going to use it for one or two cuts and forget about it then this is the blade for you! If you are going to need it to work all day avoid it! Picture of boat has the four of sheet metal I cut with it on it. Covered the old flooring for a customer in a walk in cooler at their restaurant on the river. (Owner didn’t want to pay me to remove the old flooring)I had high hopes for this cheaper option. But in the back of my head as I hit the place order button I knew it was going to let me down. Hope this honest review helps someone make a decision on their choice as there is many to pick on Amazon and sometimes you get lost in reviews.

Ive used metal saw s for cutting sheet steel and just about anything my Milwaukee saw can handle (which has been alot) for years now, always bought the Milwaukee brand replacement blades. Decided to try this brand as Irwin is a good name I m familiar with and was quite a bit less than aforementioned blades. Upon the VERY FIRST contact with a sheet of 3/16 mild steel, a large chuck of the blade about the size of my thumb sheared off from the brand new Irwin blade. was fortunate plate was near the ground and i didn't have the sheet elevated on sawhorses or that large sharp piece may have ended up in my leg. Would never buy again.

Seems like a good blade, have used a few of them. They last good unless i chip a tooth. Not the blades fault

This blade is not intended for plate steel. Other reviewers need to recalculate their chip loads and tooth spacing requirements. We’ve used it for corrugated .030” roof decking and it works better than any other blade we’ve tried. When used in the proper application, it’s much quieter than other blades.

I have cut probably 100 feet worth of 12 ga sheet metal and few heavier metals and the blade still cuts well, it does a burr on the cut now that it did not do when new.

Bought this to be placed on an extra Dewalt mitre saw. I bought an abrasive cut-off saw months ago but wasn't happy with the quality, accuracy, effort of the cuts. Installed this and tested it and it is AMAZING(at least to me.) It slices through cold rolled steel smoothly and cleanly in seconds. I've not tried it on anything larger than 2" yet, but it cuts beautifully. I advance the blade slowly and use WD40 as coolant, and I bought an 8" blade simply because it was rated for the speed of the Dewalt(I don't think the 10" version is rated to handle 5000 rpm...if it is, I'd buy that one.) Don't know how long the blade will last, but I'm not going back to the abrasive saw.

Real good price, blades work great with the right saw for all types of metal cutting such as I beams. And got them in about 2 days

Cuts steel and aluminum like a hot knife through butter. Some sparks but not as much as I expected.
