Bought this so we could have fresh whipped cream at home, but wishing I had gone with a cheaper option. When it works it is nice to have, but I've had issues with the gaskets leaking and also with the whipped cream coming out runny. It's also much bigger than I expected. That might be good if you using in a restaurant or large gatherings, but for home use it's overkill. I have to put it on its side in the fridge because it's just too tall to fit on any of the shelves. I think there are cheaper options that would be just as good or better for occasional home use.

This is a great whip cream maker. My family loves making the most delicious whip cream with this. But if it starts leaking, they only sell a replacement red gasket for the top. They don’t sell a replacement o-ring for the tip. I contacted ISI and they declined to give the size of the o ring for this model. I found that a 9/16 inch Outer diameter and 3/8” inner diameter by 3/32 inch wall size works perfectly. I used a PartsmasterPro branded o-ring from a “200 assorted plumbing I-rings” set. But they should be standard sizes so any manufacturer’s should work. I used some tweezers to pull the old o-ring off and then pulled the new o-ring over with just my fingers.
