Don’t buy this. They don’t self tap and led to multiple broken anchors. Don’t let the packaging or instructions fool you. You have to use a drill bit to pre-install a hole for these to work. Even still it ruined my wall.

I have many sizes of this type of anchor. I don’t have to dig out my drill, etc. A screwdriver is all you need.

Hold well, but some broke on the top surface edge when I was lightly tapping it into position to get it ready for screwing into place. Others were fine.Held up my curtain rod once in place.

The black screws look good for most projects, that’s the only stars this product earns. Otherwise, these anchors were junk and just spin in the wall creating a mess and drywall that will need to be repaired. Do not purchase.

I used these self tapping anchors for drywall and they worked great for me. I used a hammer to lightly tapped the anchor into the drywall, just to where the threads begin. Then I used a screw gun to slowly screw the anchor into to drywall. Then the put the screw in the anchor. Self tapping anchors are very nice. Grrrrreat product imo.

They don't self-drill. It just spun and then wore down. I pre-drilled a couple and inserted the anchor into the wall. I then tried to add the screw - and they just crumbled and disintegrated. Also misleading that they advertise 20 pieces - but they mean total pieces, so 10 sets. I like the idea of having two different depths - but they chose the wrong material for these.
