The 25L Lab Incubator from IVYX Scientific is a versatile incubator which can precisely hold any temperature between 2 and 60°C (36 to 140°F).
Heats up to 60°C
The incubator can heat samples up to 60°C while using only 55W at 110V. A temperature gradient is present inside the chamber: the temperature at the top shelf is the set temperature; the middle shelf is 2°C below that; the bottom is 3°C below that (see graph). Within each shelf, the temperature only fluctuates by 0.5°C.
Cools down to 2°C
The incubator is able to cool down to 2°C, using only 60W at 110V. Depending on the room temperature and humidity, it may not cool down all the way to 2°C. A temperature gradient is present: the top shelf reaches the preset temperature (lowest is 2°C); the middle shelf is 1°C below that; the bottom shelf is 1°C below that. Within each shelf, the temperature fluctuates by only 0.5°C
Portable
At only 16 lbs and with a built-in handle, the incubator is easy to move around. A 12V DC car power cord allows the unit to heat or cool your samples on the go.
Small footprint
With a small footprint of 15 in x 13 in x 18.5 in, this incubator will not take valuable space while having a roomy 25L (9x14.5x10.5 in) chamber volume.
A temperature gradient of up to 5°C is present inside the chamber. Within each shelf the temperature is stable within 0.5°C

I’ve owned two. The first one worked without any problems for nearly a year. Then, the power switch began to malfunction. I emailed customer service and instantly received a replacement with very few questions. In my case, I didn’t even have to ship the original unit back. IVYX had no interest in the malfunctioning unit.The new machine is working perfectly.Can’t beat that for great service.

Super handig warmhoud- kastjeIk gebruik het om zuurdesem brooddeeg tot 26 C te verwarmen en dan gaat het in de koelkast voor 24 uur ongeveer of tot ik wil bakken. Niet langer dan 48 uur. Het helpt om het strenge bakschema aanmijn wensen aan te passen.Als ik 2 potten starter heb die ik wat sneller wil laten werken gaan ze ook in dat kastje op 26 C. Voor één pot heb ik een mini warmte kastje.

I use this for my sourdough breads as it is so hot and humid in FL so I need a cooling temp. It worked great for about 6 months but now it does not work! It does not adjust to changing the temperature qnd the fan works only intermittently. I thought I was re-ordering it on the Walmart website as it shows the brand as IVYX in all four pictures, but when I received it it was made by VEVOR! For 300.00 for another IVYX it is not worth the risk! This was used not even twenty times! Absolutely SUCKS! I had not been baking for about 1.5 years due to illnesses so it was very disappointing.

I've been using it for 3 weeks to test cosmetic stability. Temperature drifts up and down to 37 degrees when set at 40 degrees. Had increased it to 42 degrees but noticed melting of plastic inside. Am going to look for another product that won't burn my house down.

I use my incubator for inseminating horses. The smaller size and light weight are definite pluses. Downsides are it always seems to be one degree below what its set at (i.e. I need to set it 38C to maintain 37 C temp) and the seal on the door comes out of its channel and has to be adjusted at times to get the door closed.

I purchased this on December 3, 2021. Worked as advertised for the first nine months. I had it set at 20C and was able to stay within +/-1 degree until the beginning of September 2022. It now randomly drops the temperature to 2C within a day or two of setting it back to 20C. Not worth the $344.50 (including shipping) that I paid for it back then. While I don't expect things to last forever, I feel this should have given me a few years worth of use before malfunctioning. Will not buy again and cannot recommend this product.

I bought this from another store (same item, price, and vendor) before I realized it was available on Amazon. It was a Christmas gift for my wife. She's set it up in her small home lab, and couldn't be happier. It's dead-on accurate per the spec sheet for both heating and cooling. She hasn't used it a lot yet, but it's been perfect so far and I have no reason to think that won't continue.UPS had some challenges with delivery (they lost the shipment at my local hub), but that's in no way the fault of the vendor. I contacted the vendor, and they were exceptionally friendly & helpful in getting the issue resolved. I can't overstate how nice it is to deal with a company that seems to really have customer support front and center in their priorities. I'll definitely get more stuff from IVYX Scientific in the future.
