This is cheap partial board. I have put together many pieces of furniture, this is the worst ever. The pieces have gaps. The cams don’t snug up. They rip from the e partical board. There was no wood glue for the pegs to add strength to the cabinet. The knobs are silver yet the hinges are black. So dissatisfied. For the price it’s garbage.

I bought this for my kitchen, because it’s a small apartment kitchen with very limited space. I put it together myself without much problem. It took me about an hour and a half. Everything looks great in the end. The doors closed well and it holds the right amount of storage for me. I would recommend tethering it to the wall for additional safety and stability. I’m thinking about buying one for the bathroom and a different color.

I just finished asembling this shelf unit and I am pleasantly surprised. The quality is excellent, as well as the fit and finish .all holes and slots aligned perfectly.took me around three hours, with a few short breaks. ( I'm 73)I've built many assemble - it- yourself units over the years, mostly Chinese, and this one is the best experience.I'm going to seek out the manufacturer and buy more of their products if I can.one last bit of advise.. it would be helpful if you used a small Phillips head magnetic screwdriver for those tiny screws !

The cabinet arrived in a well packaged sturdy box. All the pieces and hardware were labeled. The assembly instructions were mainly photos but easy to follow. Even though there are many pieces, goes together in 3 or 4 hours by one person. Line up all the pieces with their letter label showing to check there are none missing. Makes finding pieces for each step simple. There are some tiny screws and one might reach for a tiny Phillips screwdriver. However a medium Phillips screwdriver lessens the chance for stripping the screws. Did not notice an odor as other reviewers. All the holes lined up. If you have difficulty joining pieces, check the metal screw fasteners to see if they are perpendicular. A rubber mallet can be used to insert the dowels and ensure pieces are completely joined together.

I put this cabinet together over a period of 3 days (having both fibromyalgia and arthritis, working on it for any more than an hour a day triggered huge pain in my body). I was also hindered because I have limited motion (can’t crouch down any more). And I only had a ratchet screwdriver to work with, no electric tools. All that said, I STILL found this cabinet easy to assemble. Every piece was clearly marked, all pre-drilled holes lined up properly, even the doors were easy to align once I attached them. It was also nice to see that the manufacturer provided one extra piece for just about every screw, cam, and wood dowel.Overall this is a nice little cabinet, bearing in mind that, being in the lower price range, you are going to receive manufactured wood rather than a solid wood product. It will also appear to seem ‘wobbly’ until you are just about finished with all assembly, but once the last screw is in place and tightened and you have anchored it to a wall (a must if you want a secure cabinet) then it is sturdy enough to serve the purpose. Again, this is a very low-end piece of furniture, but I find that for the price, it works well.*Before ordering, I had noticed many reviews commenting on the bad odour with this unit. When I initially opened the box there was definitely an off-gassing sort of smell that was a bit strong, but once I had it built and in place, the smell was no longer present.

It fits perfectly in a corner in my bathroom. It looks small but it has a lot of storage. I am impressed with this cabinet. The drawer is not flimsy as some are when you buy furniture. It has a beautiful design as well. Easy to put together. No knobs and screws sticking out all over..well made.

Everything arrived in good shape, with some extra screws. I thought it was very easy to put together, the instructions were good. Looks very nice, not very sturdy, but I'm sure it would be good if/when attached to a wall. I wanted to use this cabinet for toothbrush/towels, etc...The reason for the overall one star? It smells. It stinks. It reeks! I thought the smell would go away. It hasn't. I washed it with bleach and soap, like someone else that had left a review. Didn't work. It still smells. There is no way I can put anything in it that will absorb the 'odor'. It's rather large for my toilet brush, which is all that it would be good for right now.How on earth could a company build something and sell it when it stinks like this? I would like to know what on earth it is that makes it stink so, and how I can get rid of it. Is this why it's no longer available? If it didn't stink I would have given it a five. I don't whether to give up and put it in the barn, or paint it with melamine, hoping it gets rid of the smell.

Holds all my bathroom accessories, but was not wide enough to place bath towels in. Really nice little cabinet for the bathroom.

This was very easy to put together. Follow the instructions and it’s solid. Using it to store Bath Towels in the Bathroom. Great addition and looks good. Excellent. Took a little over an hour by myself. They put a couple of extra screws etc etc in each bag.

It took me about six hours to build since I have a bad back, and had to do it mostly sitting down and on my lap, except the door hinges which requires placing the whole cabinet on the floor and on the side to really place them in the hole and be able to tighten them up. Overall, the instructions were decent and it was relatively easy to build, and at the end it came up surprisingly sturdy, except for the two last shelves that float on metal cabinet holders that are poorly designed and loose (see last picture attached) that fell off when I moved the cabinet to the desired spot in my bathroom, and because of this minor hiccup which is not a deal breaker as it can be solved by adding glue to the holes, I will have to give it a 4.5 stars out of 5 stars, otherwise a good affordable option which looks good and holds a lot of stuff. In regards to the smell that most reviewers complaint about, I left it in the shipping box for a couple of days until the weekend and there was no stench, and the little smell it had like fresh painted wood, dissipated after a couple of days.

This storage cabinet fit perfectly within the small space I had in mind for it.It arrived well packaged and all pieces were labelled. There were two nearly identical, shallow 3/8" x 3/16" gashes on the inside of one of the bottom side panels, just above the legs. Other than that, there were no other damages nor missing parts.Customer service is excellent. Immediately after receipt of the cabinet, I got an email from the seller verifying receipt of my cabinet and confirming whether all was well. They provided me a partial refund, which I applied toward DIYing repair of the small defects, rather than returning the cabinet.Similar to another reviewer, I found the pictoral instructions easy to follow and construction went very smoothly. It took about an hour or two -- inventorying all the pieces, notifying the seller of the small gashes, receiving the refund offer and then following the manuals guides step-by-step -- to construct the cabinet. Like the other reviewer, I took my time to ensure the right parts were oriented correctly and were secured with the right-sized/type of hardware. Also, per other reviewers' suggestions, I used wood glue on the dowels.A couple of times, I accidentally scraped the melanine surface with my Philips screwdriver, while putting the cabinet together. Fortunately, it remained unscratched/ unmarred. This cabinet is quite sturdy and stable. It withstood my carrying it from our livingroom to the bathroom and then my repositioning it a few times, while it was fully loaded and weighed down with bottles of shampoo and conditioners; large jugs of handsoap and alcohol gel; etc.The bracket provided to secure the cabinet to the wall is adjustable; accomodating baseboards of varying thickness. Just ensure the slotted end is attached to the cabinet and the other end with the hole is secured to the wall with the longer screw, as depicted in the manual. The slot on the bracket is about 2" in length.I waxed the drawer guides and slots with a candle that I had on hand. It should allow it to continue opening and closing smoothly.I'm happy that I took a chance and purchased this item.
