- Q: Why does the system restart cycle?
- A: A high-power pump and LED screen were built-in this system, when it works, it may occur restart, screen flick issues due to the insufficient voltage and current. Check the power of adapter and USB cable. Ensure the output of the adapter (plug) is DC 5V~2A.
- Q: Can the “Water Flow” of the system be adjusted?
- A: Yes, it can be adjusted separately in manual and automatic modes. The flow rate can be adjusted from 50-100%.
- Q: Why can’t my mister’s flow rate be adjusted?
- A: Due to software upgrade, a certain parameter may not have been turned on, please follow the video instructions.

YALL! make sure you only have it spray for only a brief moment I've flooded my anole tank twice in one month but I got it figured out. Just be careful for user error otherwise this mister is great

This was the mister I have been looking for and was a perfect replacement for a timer only mister! The instructions are easy to follow and setup the mister and tubing (I already had tubing and sprayers in place though) are pretty straight forward. The programming is easy to set up for humidity, temperature, or a set timed interval & duration so you can find the best for your pet's needs. I really love the automatic humidity program which lets me keep a defined parameter in place so it only runs when it needs to which has made the mister run a lot less and took the guesswork out. The probe that is included is accurate and is the first mister one I have used that was.It also has a battery backup so you don't have to worry if the power goes out when you are not around or asleep. The ability to remove the control panel is a great feature but the instructions don't talk about how to use it or how it communicates with the base or how far. I assume by the USB-C port that you need a second cable to power it. I suppose you could let the batteries run the pump and the included cable for the display but that would drain the backup batteries unnecessarily. Personally, I didn't have a need to separate them so I haven't tested that aspect.Overall, this is the mister you need to take all the worry out. My tree frog is much happier now.

Good mister, easy to set up. Programming isn't complicated and it maintains humidity in terrarium or paludarium with ease.

I've been using this for a month, and after reading other reviews, I figured I must be doing something wrong. It HAS been working, but trying to program this thing has been enough to make me want to throw it out. Today, I decided to give it a try again with the directions in front of me to figure it out. You need to change it to "Manual" before adjusting the programming, but whenever I do that the screen flashes and it buzzes at me constantly with a second between the flash and buzz. It never stopped, so twice I tried unplugging it (there is a battery inside so it still works) The second I unplug it, it starts spraying. It's such a pain! This makes it incredibly hard to use for me.I will say that when it works, it works nicely. At first I had it running three times a day for one minute, fifteen minutes apart. It did that fine, but it used way more water than I expected, and now the humidity is pretty high in there. Not being able to work the controls, I just let the bucket run out of water so it turned on, but didn't spray. Every night it was a reminder that I couldn't figure it out.Once I finally got it back to manual tonight, I was finally able to remove the two extra sprays for tomorrow (At least, I hope, Time will tell) But I just wish that I could figure this thing out so it didn't go all haywire when I try to switch it to manual. I honestly wonder if I got a defective one, since everyone else is singing its praises.

I use this J&A mister to monitor and control the humidity in a small greenhouse for seedling starting, getting a head start on my garden plants rather than spending a fortune for pre grown plants at the home repair store. This mister monitors and mists as needed and is completely programmable. I've been very happy with it's performance.
