I prefer extra small, but the small were a good price for a good number of them. Work perfectly for blending small areas

These are perfect for my needs. I bought these to do some shading in tiny areas. They are very small, which you need to know. I got some similar sized ones from hobby lobby, but they were much stiffer and did not so much shade as dent the paper. These Jack Richardson ones are stiff enough to hold their shape well, but soft enough to do some nice shading. Perfect! I'm glad I bought two packs.

These tortillions hold a point for a long time. They also don't break down and get 'fuzzy'. I like these best for small areas and pinpoint accuracy. Their size makes them portable in small artist's packs. I've had one for 2 years of drawing classes.

this tortillons are very usefull and their quantity is perfect for a long time, good quality and great price, and they can use for many tecniques besides crayon blends
