Lightning Tire Air Chuck Starter Kit - 1/4 in. F-NPT

IMPORTANT: Lightning Air Chucks are Open Flow Style
OPEN FLOW air chucks allow air to flow freely through the chuck, even when not engaged to the tire valve stem. Open flow air chucks are designed to be used with hand-operated tire inflation tools & pressure gauges. Open flow style chucks can NOT be connected directly to the air compressor hose line by themselves, or they will drain the air tank. These must be used with a hand-operated tire inflator tool that can open & close air flow from the air compressor.
What's In The Kit?
Straight Air Chucks
The S-Series & S2-Series air chucks feature a simple, straight body making them ideal for standard vehicle tire valve stems. The S2-Series features a 360 degree swivel head that reduces tension on the connected air hose.
Right Angled Air Chucks
The L2-Series features a beefy, 90 degree body that lets you access hard-to-reach or inner facing tire valve stems. The L2-Series also works great for getting in between the spokes of bicycle wheels. Features a 360 degree swivel head.
Extended Dually Air Chuck
Our T-Series air chuck is great for accessing the tire valve stem on dual wheel setups, such as dually tires, semi trucks, and campers/trailers. The head swivels 360 degrees in two directions, allowing you to get a proper seal to the tire valve stem no matter where it is.
Bike Air Chuck
The L3-Series is an 2-in-1 air chuck designed for bicycle tires. It has an adjustable nozzle that lets you switch between Schrader and Presta valve stems on bikes. The L3-Series secures to the tire valve with a few quick twists, and quickly releases by pulling back on the blue sleeve.
Lightning + FlowPro
Displayed here is the Lightning S-Series (included in this kit) attached to our FlowPro Digital Tire Inflator Gauge (sold separately). This is a recommended setup for our Lightning Chucks.

I thought maybe I got a bad kit. I tried each air chuck that came with the kit and they all leaked within the swivel portion of the air chuck. I tried them on a motorcycle, car, truck, and bicycle. Leaked every time.I thought I'd give Jaco a call since they tout how ready they are to give help according to their website. The recording said all customers MUST initiate by submitting a request on their website. I did. Didn't hear back from them. So I am returning their products and buying Milton products.

I love the lock feature. Perfect for a trucker. These are a straight through design you will need a open/close valve set up to controle the air flow

Did not realize I was ordering open flow air chucks and wrote a bad review when they all "leaked". So far they work fine. Just need to put valves on them all to use them. My fault - good chucks. Stan

After reading all the positive reviews, I figured they must be fake reviews because all the reviews are great (Sorry Amazon, but you know it happens). Anyway, I took a chance and I'm glad I did. You can believe the hype because these are awesome. Yeah, they're a little pricey compared to most but you get what you pay for. I've only been using these for about a week and they're every bit as good as the reviews say.. They seem to be very well built. I imagine they will last a lifetime. If you're on the fence like I was, do yourself a favor and just buy them. If you don't agree that these are the best ever, well, returns on Amazon are easy

I have used the tire chuck on atv, suv, motorcycles and bicycles, the air chuck worked very well, the best I have ever used. The air chuck are very hi quality and work great. I highly recommend the air chucks . I purchased the kit and use on different tire gauges, the air chucks are worth what you pay for because they work. Good quality product. Thanks for providing a quality product .

I am very please with all the 1/4 NPT valve stem attachments, they quickly attach to a car valve stem and are easily removed and no leaks what so ever even under adjustment etc. Very please w/product. Thanks

At first I was skeptical because of the price of these chucks but I have learned Jaco has these patented and they are by far the best quality tire chucks I’ve used. They thread easily into my inflator gauge and do not leak at all when snapped on the valve stem. I can not see how anyone could not love these things.

Only after buying did I realize that when you connect one of the air chucks directly to the air house, air comes out of the chuck, when normally the air does not come through till you connect to a valve stem. So you do need a gun or trigger that controls when air is applied.
