Used on a Vevor 1550W mag drill, had to cut down the shank to allow it to seat fully.Way smaller than the picture depicted, but it's totally okay for my situation and am waiting on collets to check against and check runout on.It's indeed a 3/4 shaft and does fit a weld on shank mount. Its significantly smaller than the Jacobs chuck and will give me some added room. Definitely a nice quality and useful chuck for my mag drill.Also fits a 1/2 drill through the body just fine.

I bought it with intent to check and return if quality is not good - it is great that Amazon accepts the returns. I installed it in the mill, and surprise - I measured +/-0.005 millimeter (+/-0.0002mil) total runout (Mill+R8 Collet+ER20 collet) - which is sufficient for most tasks.I wish that the vendor could specify the runout - did I get one as a luck or the accuracy/runout are consistent and guaranteed?
