Was all excited to get this for a receipe. In order for it to work you have to pick a very specific size pepper or they fall over cuase they dont fit the hole OR they heat up and fall through. Nothing undernigh to hold them in place. I threw it away after my second try and ordered a differant style.

Works great just wish holes were slightly bigger works with most small to medium sized peppers larger peppers had some problems but other than that great product would recommend to others

I got this kit for some friends of mine who had a bunch of jalapeño peppers. They were trying to use a spoon and a small knife to get the seeds out of them. I went home to pick up my kit ( just like this) for them to use. Since they loved the way it cleaned all of the seeds out and the ease of cooking the whole peppers I ordered their own set.. They love it…

Hollowing out the jalapeños is super easy, hard part is getting the cream cheese all the way to the bottom of the jalapeño. It’s sturdy and looks great, gets the job done. Just need to figure out how to better stuff them, so the last bite doesn’t have so much kick.
