Perfect for my cabinet lights

My mother keeps leaving the garage open, so I installed a 12v buzzer (bought the buzzer on Amazon as well) on the garage door to remind her to close it. For power I had a 12 volt AC adapter. It worked fine, but was always warm to the touch, a little warmer than I liked. Then we had a couple of 90+ degree days and the adapter was super hot. I replaced the 12v AC adapter with this Jameco unit. It is always cool to the touch no matter the temperature. Plus it anchors to the AC outlet, so she can't unplug it. Another cool feature I did not know was that it has a red LED to let you know its on. I am very pleased with this transformer. I highly recommend it.
