They are super easy to use. I only really needed one pair but got extras just in case. Price is great. They work great for blousing boots for Army ROTC. They stretch enough to be able to have it tight. They fit around my boots just fine. They seem like one pair will last awhile.

Shipping was super fast which was great because my son needed these after his broke and he had an event where he needed his uniform. Straps are good quality with sturdy hooks. Stay in place very well.
