They are nice but lose their elasticity after a few months

They work and they seem robust enough, but some of the leather/ leather effect joints have some loose stitching that irritates my skin if I wear them under something.

These suspenders are well-made and well-designed. The fact that they are "metal-free" suspenders will be of interest to many people.

For the past few years I have been cleaning some disgusting places. I work for hours on end and I can't wash my hands that often, which is a problem when I need to make adjustments to the boys. This is especially infuriating for me because I have an atrophied below-navel speed bag that pushes my ramrod out and to the left. I'm perpetually in discomfort unless I wear dress pants, which means that when I do cleaning in my work pants it feels like I'm wearing a banana hammock, except the hammock is the Nazis and the banana is Steve McQueen. These suspenders are an absolute godsend. The straps are adjustable, which allows me to keep my briefs up past my bellybutton, hugging my downstairs mix-up the same way Ladanian Tomlinson kept the pigskin tucked tight against his body. I look like a hillbilly in a psych ward when I don't wear a shirt, but the perineul comfort makes it all worth it.

I don't have much of a derriere! I am constantly pulling my pants up especially after bending down to pick tools, lifting something up or just getting up after sitting for a bit. It was a constant battle and I was so tired of breaking belt loops by tugging up and this was even with a belt on. I decided to give these suspenders and I haven't (not even once) had to tug, pull or adjust my pants! I've traveled a couple times on the airlines and left my belt off and went through TSA with no issues. Now I don't give it a second thought and I can wear them under my shirt or on top. NO PROBLEM!

Clamps are better than expected , easy to use and stay put. Four points of lift works better than two or three for me. Elastic Straps seem of good quality, I am satisfied. These work well even when your belt loops are not spaced correctly or you have none.

These are not a bad pair of braces but if, like me, you want to just wear them under a polo shirt or suchlike, they are definitely not hidden, the adjusters are too big.

These are built with heavier materials than the belt loop hook style "hidden" suspenders I had been using. The plus side of these is that they will fit near any pant (regardless of where the belt loops are located). They clips are super strong too. The downside is that the clips and buckles are bigger and can show through lighter top layers. They also are more involved/take more time to take on and off. Once on, they stay like they were welded though!

The clips do not grab you pants and hold. They slip off. Also the pins that the gripper part work their way out. Also the tightening clips and the front allow the suspenders to lengthen through the day.In short, all the plastic parts are not designed correctly. These were a knock-off the the metal parts without confirming they would work in the long run.Handy for getting through security screening. But that’s it. These suspenders are a more of a pain in the ass than any good. Buy if you fly twice a month and suffer with them. Otherwise go to metal.

I'm 5'11" and they fit me exactly right out of the box. The adjustment clasp was set mid length and it looked like these suspenders could adjust to fit someone up to 4" taller or shorter than myself. I've bought many different types of suspenders for years and these are made of the heavier material that will last a long time. Also, I love the heavy plastic clasps. I've NEVER had this type come loose. I would suggest you put your suspenders in a small garment bag first, when washing them, so they don't wack up against your other clothes. Then let them air dry as they probably wouldn't appreciate high heat.
