Does what it's meant to do. Had a long cable that was just short and didn't want to fish it through again so just went this route for now. Will probably end up doing ethernet over powerline here soon though as you can just run it to an outlet.

The Internet wires coming from wall box is very short. Builders didn't want to try pulling more. To properly install the router, i got this extension cable. It worked just fine. Speed didn't get affected at all. Now the router is installed properly.
