Whether you use this as a biker or not, it is of a superior construction and the mix of reflective and day-glo materials give a stand-out product which maximises your safety.The sizing is seriously out ,I got an XXL which was over the recommendation and it was feeling tight with just a sweater and shirt on- so for a set of leathers it needs to up maybe 2 sizes to get a good fit- although remember that on a bike you don't want the material flapping around as it deteriorates quickly and balloons out.The side panels have a degree of flex to them, which also improves the snug fit and the front and rear panels are double material, the inner being an aerated mesh which adds strength to the body, but not bulk- it's not windproof.The material choices are very good, the construction is excellent and the edges are piped and reinforced with a soft elasticated black edging. Overall it feels very durable compared tothe normal Hi-Vis you get for a few pounds=- especially as the Hi-Vis Yellow colour is especially vibrant- the reflective strip is also thicker and has a higher reflective rate than most jackets I've seen.There's also a single pocket on the upper left breast, next tot he front zip- it's not very deep, being able to take a flat hand into, the inner pocket is of the mesh material lining the jacket- it's mainly for lightweight items- as it's not waterproof it's quite limiting in usefulness, but welcome none-the-less.Apart from the sizing issue- which may be an necessary characteristic for biking effectiveness, this is a very good, hi-vis jacket- works well and is bright enough to be a big safety improvement over the cheaper safety jackets.,
