Absolute cheap junk had problems with different attachments not locking in and now the coupler won’t release absolute junk

I normally don't like to write bad reviews but this one deserves it. I purchased this coupler in March 2023 to for my T190 and it worked for the first few connections. (Don't use this machine much, maybe twice a month). It just failed and is pouring oil out of the connection. The six month manufacturers warranty expired 7 days before the failure. Machining quality on the part was very good, so I have to assume that poor quality seals are the culprit. You make your own determination. Oh, and I was offered $5 for my inconvenience.
