Should've read the reviews.. Ordered my son XL. He is 10 and I planned for them to go over pants. They appear to be XL TODDLER.

Bought an XL for my 10 year old son based off the size guide. The XL will fit my 7 year old son. Major disappointment for my 10 year old son with the snow we just got.

Purchased these for my son sizing chart said 10/12 would be an extra large. Size XL is more like a 7/8 or smaller.

I bought a 10-12, received one with an XL tag that measured between a 4-5T and a 6-7 according to their chart. (You can compare the pictures I took with their charts for reference.) I think the quality is good but the inside flannel "layer" looks less thick and not as nice as it was advertised. It is like a cheap and very thin flannel, but still warmer than regular all seasons pants. It isn't bad but not an XL or 10-12 at all. The next and last size up is 14-16 and following this pattern it will still not be big enough for my son so I'm returning it. Otherwise, I may have ordered 3 sizes up, it was not too bad for the price if they lasted for a few months.

They seemed pretty warm but the size chart (at least for the L) is pretty off. They were about 3.5 inches smaller on the waist and about 2 inches longer.

Bought 10-12 for my 12 year old the were a good fit in the waist but only mid shin length. If I could give 0 stars I would. They are not pants they are long shorts.

We bought these for my kid for our annual snowboarding trip. My kid doesn't fall that often, but does sit down after the ski lift to buckle his other foot in. With those little bits of time in contact with snow and ice, he was SOAKED!!! It wasn't just his butt. The moisture wicked to the rest of his pants and it was all soaked. This, of course, made him cold and made for less fun on our expensive outing. He probably will never wear them snowboarding again. They got 2 stars because at least they looked nice on him and they would probably keep him warm if we weren't snowboarding...
