My ring arrived in the mail today and it is absolutely beautiful. The ring was not expensive, but was very well made. It has five prongs and most important is the prong that protects the tip of the heart. Many rings do not have that prong. Mine is sterling Silver covered with yellow gold. The thing I like best is it is a 5 carat stone. I could care less if it is a real stone. It is beautiful real or fake !!!
