The cap itself seems to be of quality construction but it is let down by the use of non fuel safe gasket rubber.

Not one week and less than two rides the rubber gasket inside the cap came a part and broke to many pieces. Had to make a new rubber gasket to continue using the cap.

Perfect fuel cap, fits my 2006 crf230f appropriately. You wouldn't believe how many different sets of levers and other parts I've gotten that have been labeled to fit but don't. Make sure you are actually looking at the correct year for your bike aswell! Overall very happy with this fuel cap.
