Works great for 1/4 in. board. Sometimes it is difficult cutting thin boards, but using a higher speed and a good fine toothed blade works great. I used this to cut speaker holes in a 2X4 wall. The 3in. blades worked great. These blades work fantastic for me. I like they include a plastic case. Also like having all the blades the same as in my local stores can only find assortments or only a few in bulk.

Worked as good at name brand at a much better value. Good scrolling blade if cutting material under 1/2 inch., the 3/4 I was cutting is a little too much for this blade.

These are decent blades but come in a cheap container that can be hard to open initially. A screwdriver helps. Made in China.

Used these in my Makita, the T-shank worked properly. These provide a good clean cut, and due to minimal blade depth they're easy to cut on corners and curves

Very easy and smooth cut in the 3/8 plywood. Not sure if OEM blade will do any better. The blade has turned blue(ish) when cutting very sharp turn pattern. Not surprised about overheating, but wonder if the temperature was high enough to affect the blade heat treatment. As it is mentioned, this is a carbon steel blade not HSS. I wonder if HSS would be more appropriate for it. OEM product is also high carbon steel. I was a QA inspector in the metal stamping plant and well aware that high carbon steel is a very broad category, thus OEM and replacement blades for sure do not use the same steel. In one of the recommendations for the band saw it is mentioned that sharp corners on the back of the blade can be rounded to reduce the drag when cutting a patter with turns. I wonder if this will help with this as well

Note that I'm an experienced DIY'er, not a professional. I had to slightly enlarge an opening in a countertop for a replacement sink. I did a test cut using a new DeWALT DW3762H Laminate / Downcut 10 TPI blade, and wasn't particularly happy with the results. The DeWALT blade may be (in fact, probably is) an excellent product in the hands of a pro, but didn't work well for me in term of Formica chip-out and wood finish. This product did not cut as fast as the DeWALT product, but the results were beautiful and the blade was very easy to control. I probably could have increased cutting speed by increasing jig-saw speed, but it's not like I'm doing this every day. Probably closer to once per decade. After cutting about 10 lineal feet of 5/8" particle board with what I think is a fairly high grade / thickness of laminate material, the blade was cutting like new and looked like new. Superb value.
