It arrived as shown.I put it in my shed with magnets but truth be told you can't really read anything on it. It looks nice and like intentional art but it is not useful for my 70 year old father who needs the actual information.It's blurry and the print is tiny. you need a magnifying glass to read the instructions (and they aren't great ones at that)

I purchased the 8X10. The chart has a lot of good information, but the type is so small it cannot be read without a magnifying glass. I recommend the larger size if you purchase.
