I had abdominal surgery and my pants want to fall down now. I thought the suspenders were a great idea, until I had to go to the bathroom! I use one of the short clips & attach my pants to my bra & that does the job. The back is fine. I don't wear it all the time, but if I'm going to be walking a lot I do because otherwise I'll be pulling my pants up constantly.

Seems ok so far. The y shaped ones slipped off my shoulders but crossing the front straps helped. I wear them underneath. Downside material is a bit too stretchy, so it still doesn’t keep pants up completely but better than nothing. The straight ones are slightly too long but I did what others said and misaligned them. Clips seem secure but easy enough to remove and replace throughout the day as needed.

This is perfect for those dress pants with no waist adjustment. Hides underneath thinner tops so it’s not noticeable.

Useless clips. Wouldn't hold onto anything. Tried several thicknesses from very thin to thin to medium thickness. Clips failed to hold onto anything.
