I bought these as undershirts, size large. Im tall and not fat (though I could lose a bit around the waist, lol). They are close to form fitting (if you are skinny, they will be a little loose). They are long. Most undershirts sit an inch or two below my waist line, these sit 5-6” below and actually stay tucked while not looking baggy or bunching at the waist after a few hours of wear. They are soft and wash well. Had mine several months, still look and feel new.

Jockey is a trusted brand. They wear well and fit nicely. The Tall sizes (LT, XLT, etc.) Are long enough to stay tucked in.

They seem to stay whiter longer and the collar stays flat and tight. I am really tall, and these t-shirts never come untucked so I don't look like a plumber when I bend over.

Hello all, As I write this. I was thinking to myself. I have been wearing Jockey brand under garments for the better part of three and a half decades. Buying them from departments store of the past, to online in today world. The material isn't what it use to be and they keep changing out the cotton blend for a cheaper fabric it seems. So I decide to try out two other brands, to see who has the better material and product.Gildan: Well know American brand, purchase the Heavy cotton of 6 ounce, I think there description read? The shirts are two pieces of fabrics joined down the seems of the arms. Lose thread were found all over, comfort is good, with a little roughness of the material.Hanes Beefy T: They share the same cotton weight as Gildan. they are a one fabric for the most, I don't consider arm parts a separate part at this time. Material is super comfortable and there are lose threads but not as bad as the Gildan. I am kinda of thinking the Hanes might be the choice of new shirts from here on out.Jockey: Where do I start, the latest material is okay/ But it seem to shrink unevenly all the time. Comfort, it always feels comfortable. But they are always thin and for skinny people it seems? I really hate to give up on them but they cost twice the money and only half the material it seems. All shirts tested were washed once in cold water, tumbled dry for 10 minutes and hung to dry completely. All shirt were bought in groups of 5 or more and each brand was worn 3 days in a roll. Size was Large, tall and as heavy a cotton I could find in each brand. Which at this time is 6 ounces, I believe or close to it.

I've been buying Jockey Big & Tall crew T-shirts in XL for at least a decade. I wear them daily with my work clothes. I'm 6' 2", 170 pounds and long in the torso. These wind up fitting loosely, hang to the bottom of my bottom and stay tucked in always -- which is why I buy them. They are 100% cotton, medium weight and very comfy. When they first come out of the pack (unwashed) they're huge, almost translucent and feel thin, but after one wash they shrink up perfectly and poof up to exactly what's expected - bright white, soft & dense t-shirts. They stay that way until they need to be retired, which is several years later.Jockey has changed the tag, now an imprint in lieu of a tag, but the shirt quality has thankfully remained. Well worth what they cost. I don't go to work without one on!
