Love this product. I work with industrial ink and my boyfriend suggested this product. However,when I had it shipped through Amazon the tub was placed in a bag with no seal on the container. During shipping the top popped off and it was all over the bag. My only recommendation would be to improve packing and shipping on the container itself.

Love this product. My husband is working in some very messy situations and this stuff gets it all off!However, when I fist had it shipped through Amazon the tub was placed in a bag with no seal on the container. During shipping the top posed off and it was all over the bag. I had amazon replace, and they did but the not container had the same problem. My only recommendation would be to improve packing and shipping on the container itself. Other wise everyone would be happy with the product!
