These have a very strong chemical smell to them, but that dissipates after about an hour. After that, they're a lot of squishy fun! I've been hiding them around the house and using them as a fun surprise for people who find them in places where they least expect them. The painting is ok, which suits our use of having these be a fun little surprise to find Jesus in a cupboard, shoe or somewhere else unexpected.

To be honest, I prefer the solid miniature Jesus figures but the kids love the Mochi material. These won't last long--they'll deteriorate, get dusty, and loose their colors quickly--but I think anything that gives kids warm fuzzy feelings about Jesus is a good thing. I ask my students to take one to keep and an extra to share. These miniature Jesus figures have been a hit with my religion students. I admit these may be challenging to some. A pocket sized Jesus can be a useful teaching tool or an opportunity for disrespect. I am finding it works well for the former for me. These are better made than expected. Some have painting or manufacturing defects--minor ones--but the kids don't care and neither do I that much. I've also gotten a lot of smiles from grown-ups with these, too.

These tiny Jesus characters come individually wrapped. The box outside calls them "Mochi Jesus" and I know that mochi is an Asian kind of dessert, so please be aware that these little characters are NOT EDIBLE. The reference of mochi refers to the fact that they are super soft and squishy. I really like them. There are figures of Jesus with a dark blue sash, a light blue sash, a pink sash, a green sash or a red sash. The bottom of the character does have a little indentation, so you can place him on the top of a pencil or pen. I will be using these in my children's class at church and use them in my object lesson for the day.

These are absolutely so cute! Our toddler and teenager love them! They stick on a window though not as well as if they were meant to. You can pop them on your finger like a puppet and you can turn them inside out and then have Jesus “pop out”! They are a lot of fun. They come individually wrapped which is great for a Sunday School class or treasure box. The only bad part is that the markings start disappearing after playing with them often. These are so cute! They came just as I expected them to. They are very small, so I wouldn't recommend them for very small children, but otherwise, they're nice and squishy with many different colors.

These are super cute to add into gift bags. A great Christian gift.. I got these for my son and a few other loved ones to put in their vehicles. Highly recommend these.
