I wanted to like this unit. It was not too difficult to get the interface to load on my smartphone, but once I downloaded a few custom photos, there was know (apparent) way to remove them! There is no "remove" button, there is no way to restore an original clock face, and I could not even find a way to reset the unit to defaults.

The "Nixie" tube clock is one of the best things I bought for a gift. He built it immediately and has had no end of fun changing the fonts and pictures on the tiny LED screens. The nixie clock tube look is impressive for being a small LED screen. The blacks are deep enough to pull off the illusion well. The other face options are fun and the fact you can put any image you want on any of the screens is even better. I've recommended it to two other people so far. Great product, well designed and built.

Love this little clock, and I've gotten frequent compliments. It's really eye-catching. Came quickly; quite happy with its appearance and functionality; very customizable. No problems, and I would heartily recommend it. Fair price for a great item.

Really like the asthetics of the nixie clocks but they're outside my price range. I did order a pseudo Nixie clock from an online vendor off Amazon that was more than double the price and was impossible to set either manually or by downloading an app onto my smartphone, which I wanted to avoid, and I had to return it. This one is really cool looking. It took me a while to figure out the manual settings, but once I did I was pretty satisfied with this clock. It's fun and unique and gets lots of compliments.

This kit comes close to giving the look of true Nixie tubes at a fraction of the cost. Easy to assemble, just plug in the display modules and screw on the glass covers. The clock will set itself and update once you configure it to your local WiFi. You don't need to install the app for this; just temporarily connect your phone or tablet to the clock's WiFi address and use your web browser to manage the configuration. The included manual is small but readable and covers the basics. With a little trial and error you can figure out the settings and options and be up and running. Unfortunately, it does not offer an option for automatic Daylight Savings Time, but this is a minor issue. For the cost, this clock displays well and would make a nice addition to your desk or bookshelf.

Complicated and came with literally zero instructions. No info in or on the box, had to figure it out on my own. It claims there is an app, but I cannot find info on it anywhere. It looks nice, but I’m still having a hard time getting it to do what I want it to.
