Shipping was quicker than expected. I needed this cable for my old Honda 500 generator. I'm happy that i was able to find this cable. No fault of the cable but the polarity is reversed. Old generators were wired different I guess. I can easily cut, swap, and solder the leads.

I needed a 12v battery charging cord for an older Yamaha generator with the “V” type plug (EF600).There weren’t many choices and most seemed to be cheaply made. This cable was the exception and I’m very satisfied with the quality. The length is good and the insulated clips are a nice touch. The cable comes with a really nice pouch to store it in as well. 👍🏻 The polarity seems to be correct on my Yamaha genny.

Finally found out what the V plug on a generator does. Now I can charge dead batteries on cars without risking my car battery and alternator. I've carried the generator for years in my truck.

Nice to have another way to access 12 volt power when you need it. Polarity is correct for my Predator.
