Just what I needed to close off a stainless bulkhead. I was a bit timid reading only half inch of thread but it’s plenty. I used it on a 55 gal drum and full with a thin liquid and it dropped about 1oz in a 24 hr. period. So I would wrap with plumbers tape.

Used in conjunction with a 3/8's male quick connect fitting to 3/8's female to make a storage plug for my pressure washer hose that is on a reel. This plug holds the water in the hose and prevents it from leaking out onto my 911 turbo.
