The JRready sales team did a get job in correcting an issue with the documentation for their ST6490 productI am an engineer by training and have never created my own cables with connectors.The documentation that came with the JRready connectors did not explicitly tell you how to align the Plug and Receptacle plastic component.I did figure it out how to create the connector and contacted the JRready sales team about my frustrating experience. They not only solved my issue but also sent me the new documentation they created based on my feedback.I have a lot of respect for the JRready team.
