My son’s klx140 has a very noticeable power increase in the low end. Much more acceleration. I feel like this gear gets the most out of what the stock motor is capable of. Super easy upgrade. Piece of cake to install for anyone.

Fits a klx140rl perfectly. It’s one tooth size smaller than stock. The goal was to make first and second gear lower for creeping through tight woods, and make 3rd 4th more accessible for the trails I ride. I did not care about top speed in 5th. The gearing did improve but I kind of want to also try going up two teeth in the rear. The front was a super cheap place to start though so I’m thrilled. Sprocket is fantastic quality and so easy to install, a child could do it.

Perfect fit, easy install on my sons 2011 Kawasaki KLX140L. Went up a tooth in the rear 51/52 and down one in the front 13/12 made a huge difference!

Put on 2018 KLX 140 G, Stock rear sprocket and stock chain still works with it.
