I wanted it so I could ride on the street. It works great, I would not use it on a highway for any length of time. You would need a smaller rear sprocket for that but it will get you around town, or crossing the highway when the trail you ride crosses the highway. Slight modification of the chain gaurd that is attached to the case with 2 bolts so it does not rub. (reem the bolt holes out a little.

Sprocket fits on output shaft, BUT the thickness of the sprocket DOES NOT allow the use of the nut retainer. Use at your own risk.

Fits snugly and holds up well. I've purchased several JT sprockets and my chains always wear out before my sprockets do. I've had this one on for 10K+ miles and it shows minimal wear.

This is a great sprocket! I installed it on my 2015 WR450F for dual sport riding. If you want to install it on the same bike you will have to slightly trim the case saver and the chain slider to fit. A lot of people told me that it would not fit, but it does with modifications.
