It worked well the first few days. It started getting dimmer every day and had gray bands running through the light. I unplugged it, took the light bulb out, cleaned the Jump Start fixture, re-inserted the bulb, and plugged the light into a less-used circuit. It was still very dim. My other bulbs lasted years.
