Mine came broken, but I managed to fix it. It’s a very small enclosure but perfect for a small spider. I’m considering ordering more. I hope they get here intact

I love this tiny enclosures. They have a water bottle attached that gives humidity to the enclosure and they can drink from it. I have purchased several of these and have never been disappointed.

As expected the items had been cheaply made , of course you get what you pay for , they don’t “lock” ether. however what caused me to leave a 2 star review was not 1 but all 4 (original 2 I ordered and the 2 replacements) had missing drift wood . Isn’t a huge deal considering it’s just sticks , but to replace 2 because of them missing the driftwood and sending another 2 missing the same items is just crazy to me .

Too small for anything except a pet flea perhaps. Substandard and expensive.

I keep my mantis nymphs in here and they love it. the little feeding holes are great for watching them capture their food, and the tiny water bowl is absolutely precious. however...i originally intended this to be a permanent home, which is why i splurged a little on the money end -- but i expected this habitat to be bigger for some reason. but it still works perfectly for L1-L5/6 juveniles/smaller types of flower mantids, but you'll probably need to transfer your bugs into a larger terrerium as they mature. for smaller bugs like jumping spiders, this is probably a fantastic choice. However for a temporary home, its a little too pricey, so unless you're dead set on your babies living lavish, just find a mason jar and some moss. i'm overall satisfied though.

I ordered these small enclosures because one of our jumping spiders laid a second surprise egg sac, and her enclosure is not baby-proof. I knew that these weren't perfect as is for tiny slings, but I figured that with some modifications, they would work. Here's what I've found:1) The screens on the sides aren't glued in properly, but a quick round with the hot glue gun fixed both sides.2) I took the feeding tube and cut it. I didn't know how quickly the fruit flies would find their way out of those small holes, and I wanted it to be easier to feed the slings. Then I moved the thicker plastic ring above the enclosure and hot glued that to the enclosure so there were no small holes for the slings to squeeze through.3) I ordered a set of 3 small metal funnels that fit perfectly into this tube opening.4) I taped the edges where the enclosure opens as it doesn't close tightly enough.5) I did not use the water bowl as slings could drown in them. I am using those for bigger jumping spiders, though.Once I did this, I could capture the slings as they escaped their mama's enclosure and separate them into the new smaller enclosures. The screens make it easy to mist them daily, keeping them humid and hydrated for molting, and with the funnels, it's super easy to feed them. And I've had zero escapees since making these modifications.Note that I did order one for a slightly larger but still juvenile jumping spider and didn't need to add tape along the edges of the enclosure, but I still made all the other modifications, and it's working perfectly for him/her.For the price and speed at which these arrived, it's absolutely worth it, and I will continue to order.

This container is ADVERTISED AS SAFE for spider slings specifically because it is sealed tight with screen covered breathing holes to keep such small spiders confined. While this is true and it's successful at avoiding any cracks which can be a challenge for small spiders escaping, it has one HORRID DESIGN FLAW. The fake grass mat it comes with does not fit perfectly flush with the container but does fit snug. It isn't attached and sealed to the floor as it out to be. This has proved dangerous as tiny spiders can, and will, crawl into any crevice they find being curious critters. Unfortunately this mat's fit makes it a perfect DEATH TRAP. My sling crawled in to hide or molt but clearly could not squeeze out. They SUFFOCATED OVERNIGHT. They survived a month in this container before this accident and were the proper size for this container and very healthy. There were no signs of failed molt or dehydration. If you get this container please remove your mat or glue it AND the cracks air tight to the container. I'd also recommend replacing the heavy bowl and stick or gluing them too, as they're easily hazards loose in the container for soft spider species like the jumper. I'm so sad.

Pretty low quality for the price, the feeding hole is too big and uses a rubber spacer to try and fill the gap, the air vents are all lopsided with gaps in them as well where they tried to fill them with hot glue and it looks horrible and still needs the gaps filled in before use, and the latch feels like it has maybe 3 more uses before needing to be fixed, things honestly a mess but still gets the job done. Wouldn't order again, but wouldn't return
