Totally worth the extra money from the regular circle thin cushioned ones. It gives more coverage for side angle falls and it’s a nice thick cushion to protect my 9 month olds head when he’s fallen with it on. The cushion has breathable holes throughout you can feel as well to help reduce discomfort and sweating.

This is a super cute head protector for toddlers who tend to fall backwards when they're just starting to walk. The material is a super soft foam and you just have your toddler wear it like a backpack. My toddler did not like wearing it at first, so it did take a lot of repetition to get her used to it. I have tile flooring, so it does give a lot more peace of mind that my toddler is not going to bonk the back of her head.
