What’s not to love ? Makes great coffee drinks as well as regular coffee. at the push of a button.wish the reservoir was a little bigger but I’d definitely buy it again.They do steer you to their cleaning products but machine so far works excellent.

The Jura E8 in Piano Black is a fantastic machine that brews exceptional coffee, but I had a frustrating experience with my purchase. Unfortunately, the unit I received from Amazon arrived used, which was disappointing. I ended up having to buy a new one directly from the manufacturer's website, where I received a fresh machine.It’s important to note that the warranty is not honored for purchases made through Amazon, which is a significant drawback. While the product itself is outstanding and delivers barista-quality drinks, I would strongly advise against buying it on Amazon due to my experience. Stick to the manufacturer for the best results!
