We had our machine (Z10) for 11 months and we like the coffee. We keep the appliance impeccably clean and use a microfiber cloth to wipe it down. The machine looks like new EXCEPT for the drip tray. Over the past month, the chrome finish started to develop unsightly bubbles.I called Jura customer service and sent pictures. The service rep told me this is expected wear and I'd have to pay for a new tray. I asked him if one should expect the finish to come off a piece of Jura equipment after 11 months and he said that it was not real chrome and that this is to be expected. I will eventually order a new tray. But please know that my opinion of Jura has changed. While I was very proud of owning this machine, and highly recommended it to everyone who would listen, you have turned me into a disgruntled customer in a matter of one phone call. I will never recommend your machine to anyone again and I will let any of my guests know how unimportant customer service is to you.There would not have been any hesitation to purchase additional Jura products or replace the current machine with a Jura product in the future. This is no longer the case. I will steer clear of your brand and will be vocal about sharing my experience when the opportunity arises.

The machine makes a good coffee but the programing system can't adjust milk levels for specific drinks (like a cappuccino) you push the icon and you get what it gives you not a user friendly interface. The knuckleheads at Jura need to go back to the drawing board or actually get a real programing person that drinks coffee to fix this. Serious drawback for a $4K machine.

Jura is the Epitome of the Super Automatic Expresso Machine Thumbs Down. Their Precision and Expertise of Brewing a Cappuccino at the "Touch of a Finger" is for what it is, An Automated Genius of Expresso Coffee Drink Robotics. Unfortunately, their are a few individuals out there that cannot go behind the "One Touch" which is more than a Simple Task. This Machine, Engineered and Manufactured by by the Genius os Swiss Engineering, is as close as it gets to a "Automatic Coffee Based Beverage" Robot..! Of course, some people want more flavour, coffee distinction, THUS, in the "Settings" you can Engineer your Specific Brew for any of the -32- it states different variations. If One Would Make an Efforet and Look Beyond the Touch Screen, there are User Settings for PERSONALIZING EVERY PRODUCT THIS MACHINE PRODUCES....If the User Makes the Effort, and Reads the "USER MANUAL". Every Coffee Drink can be Adjusted to be Weaker/Stronger Brew, More/Less Steamed Milk, or More/Less Foam, Hotter/Cooler Milk, Coffee or Foam....! So just make an effort and you have your own Coffee Shop on your Kitchen Counter.As well, this Jura Z10 as well, Z8, and as all the other Bluetooth Machines in the Jura Line, offers an Android/iOS Mobile App, called; "J.O.E", or Search "Jura" on you mobile, and this App does it all as well, even remote Brews your Drink, IF there is a Cup to Catch it. Amaze your friends, its' Insane...! ;pBut this Baby Offers More that your average Jura Joe. This latest innovation NOW with this Jura Z10...produces a fairly convincing Cold Brewed Coffee with a Slow Brewed Cold Extraction that is amazingly decent, for what it achieves aside from it's Cappuccino/Latte Macchiato/Espresso Normal Routine. When the weather goes hot, Pile a Tall Glass with Ice and Let her Rip, Milk as needed, and your set for Beyond Coffee Heaven.Sorry, I have the Z8, and have had the pleasure of a Z10 at a friends, and these Jura Super Automatic Machines are All THAT>.!! So I was NOT going to Stand by and Let some "Zero" User Review Blast Jura SuperAutomatic Machines when a One Person Review Author is Pure and Simple "LAZY"..>!If you have the $$ to throw around, Try it, you will not be disappointed. And if your Smart, buy the Older Models Used on E-Bay, or on Here, and you can Refurbish yourself with ALL Jura Product Parts are available online if one takes the effort, very simple.~~ENJOY JURA~~~~
